Hereinafter referred to as "L'ombre",

Declares the following:

L'ombre processes personal data in the execution of the assignment entrusted by the client, as well as in case of contact through the contact form and/or visiting the website (www.lombre.be). This is done as a data controller or as a data processor depending on the specific circumstances.

L'ombre acts as a data controller to the extent that the processing of personal data takes place for its own purposes and L'ombre determines the means for this processing. Insofar as personal data of data subjects are processed on behalf of the client, L'ombre acts as a data processor.

L'ombre acknowledges the importance of secure processing of personal data. In this regard, both L'ombre and the client acknowledge that every processing will comply with the prevailing national regulations, including the Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) in force since 25 May 2018, and will adhere to them. In the event of substantive legal changes, L'ombre undertakes to adjust its privacy policy accordingly.

The privacy policy, as well as any changes, can be consulted at any time on the website of L'ombre, www.lombre.be.

To have a proper understanding of this privacy policy, the following terms have the following meanings:

GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR;

Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, email address, location data, an online identifier, or one or more elements specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity;

Data subject: The identified or identifiable natural person;

Consent of the data subject: Any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her;

Contractual relationships

This privacy policy applies to the contractual relationship between L'ombre and the client or data subject and applies throughout the entire duration of the assignment. Deviations from the privacy policy are only permissible in case of a contractual relationship between the client or data.
